Friendly staff and great value food!

Most shocking customer service skills. Place an order and can't listen correctly. Meat in all vegetarian dishes! Asked for a refund and told no. If I could mark as no stars I would! All pots had black marks on the outside, prawn crackers were stale. Will never receive my custom again! Manager is rude and very unhelpful and man on the phone obviously needs a hearing aid!
